Counterpoint Solutions, Inc. (CSI) specializes in delivering software of the highest quality to semiconductor manufacturers around the globe.

Originally formed as a spin-off of the US based software development team of Carl Zeiss Jena, GmbH (Microelectronics Division), CSI is a completely independent corporation led by the former worldwide software development manager for the MEG division in Jena.

CSI maintains an informal but close relationship with Zeiss and is currently based in the corporate headquarters for Carl Zeiss, Inc. in Thornwood, NY.
